Tony accuses him of being embarrassed, and Gibbs snaps “Not at all”. He totally is. Especially when he has difficulty reading a file, and Tony starts to comment that, “After 40, everybody’s eyes—“ It’s as far as he gets before Gibbs glares him into silence. (1.5)

Okay, I don’t know what this is about, but when Gibbs gets out of the car to go talk to Julie Benz, he’s doing his pants up. As in they’re all the way open when he gets out of the car, and he has to tuck in his shirt, button, pull up the zip and fasten his belt buckle. (1.22)
Apparently the first time Gibbs saw Shannon was when he was 18. I find this a little hard to believe, since she was working in a shop a few doors down from his dad’s in a small town. Seems a reach to think that he had never run into her before. (6.4)
